I went to a friend’s all-in-one, her parent’s fifth (50th) wedding anniversary, her eldest sister engagement party, her thirty-six birthday and her daughter’s christening Saturday and on the menu was Caribbean Shrimp and Fish Burgers with Chadon Beni Mayo, that I just had to get the menu; and my friend, hesitated for a while, then she gave me the recipe and even told me that she got it from watching the Wendy Rahamut Show. Ms. Rahamut is a local Certified and Experienced Television Chef, here in Trinidad and Tobago, and she prepares the best local, regional and international dishes.
