Soursop Punch

I love me some punch, rum and other fruits. Soursop Punch is always best.

1 ripe medium-size soursop, peeled (3 lbs)

2 cups evaporated milk

1/4 cup granulated sugar

6-8 tbsp condensed milk

Aromatic bitters

Pinch of salt

Crush the soursop in a bowl with 1 cup water. Pass through a sieve to extract the juice. Combine soursop juice, 2 cups of water, evaporated milk, sugar and salt. Strain, chill and serve with a dash of bitters.
