Cream of Split Pea Soup

1 cup green and yellow split peas
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups evaporated milk
2 cups chopped parsley
Paprika for garnish

Combine peas, water, onion, garlic, celery, salt and black pepper; pressure cook until peas are soft. Pour into blender and puree until smooth. Return to pot and add milk and stir until blended. Cook until throughly heated on low heat for about 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and a little paprika.
