I use to love buying seasoning from the grocery stores, but nowadays I have found that most of the seasonings lack its flavour or they are too watery. I decided to make my own green seasoning.
2 cups coarsely cut chive
1 cup coarsely cut parsley
1 cup thyme
1 cup coarsely chopped chadon beni
5 cloves garlic
4 tbsp water
Put all ingredients in food processor or electric blender and process until very fine or pureed. Refrigerate and use within a week. For keeping longer, substitute a tablespoon of water for a tablespoon of vinegar.
